In 2007 I started working for a small fabrication company. Focusing on payroll, accounts payable, and miscellaneous accounting duties. I enjoyed working closely with the owner and was eager to learn more about business and accounting, so I pursued my associates degree for Management Accounting with an emphasis on job costing, graduating in 2013 from Globe University.
2010 I joined Spriggs Plumbing and Heating and Metro Sheet Metal as office assistant. Mainly working with accounts payable, accounts receivables, job setup, and helping Project Managers with miscellaneous duties to better understand the trades.
In 2011 I took a position full time for a small Millwright company. Over the past 10 years spent with ARC Service’s, I quickly took on the role as the office manager. I worked closely with direct owners and estimators, handling all administrative duties, accounts receivable, payables, payroll, benefits coordination, job costing, financial and tax preparations. I developed an abundant number of processes and procedures to communicate accurate job detail from the beginning of a project, tracking progress, closing out to bill accurately and timely. I enjoyed Job costing at great detail more than any other task I was given.
Joining Kraft, to focus on supporting the project managers and estimators. I highly enjoy being part of a team, where I can bring new organizational and communication skills. I look forward to collaborating and streamlining processes to enhance the project managers workflow and overall General Contractor’s experience with Kraft Mechanical.
I currently live in Hudson WI, I have two beautiful children who keep me on my toes and always entertained. When I’m not working I enjoy finding new outdoor patios to try and backyard bonfires.
